高江涛教授:团队负责人,博士生导师,福建省“闽江学者”。长期从事天然产物方面的研究。早年在美国密西西比大学药学院及国家天然产物中心深造,师从著名的天然产物专家Stephen CutlerMark Hamann教授,于2010年获得博士学位后,在美国伊利诺伊大学香槟分校的基因组生物研究所进行博士后研究,师从著名的化学生物学专家Wilfred van der Donk教授(美国艺术与科学学院院士,美国霍华德休斯医学研究所研究员),同时在合成生物学家赵惠民实验室从事过天然产物的合成生物学研究。主要从事后基因组时代微生物天然产物抗生素的开发,包括微生物基因组的分子信息学分析、微生物天然产物的分离纯化、结构解析、天然产物的全合成及结构修饰、生物合成途径的探索以及蛋白酶的催化机制研究。研究成果获得了国际同行的高度认同,以第一作者或者共同通讯作者在Chemical ReviewsAngewandte Chemie International EditionChemical Communications等国际顶级杂志发表11SCI论文,其中单篇影响因子超过10的文章2篇。目前实验室有在读博士3名,硕士9名。

廖丽娟,讲师,博士,毕业于韩国首尔大学药学院,从事天然产物的分离、纯化、结构鉴定及相关活性研究。

楼轶,助理研究员,博士,毕业于华中农业大学,从事植物病害生物防治以及微生物次级代谢产物生物合成途径研究。
